ProProcess Fabrication builds and assembles high quality process equipment, which includes distillation columns, pressure vessels and prefabricated piping. The manufacture of innovative modular, containerised or skid mounted plants for our clients is at the heart of ProProcess Fabrication’s business. This division specialises in the fabrication of small-scale process plants and specialised equipment for the petroleum, metallurgical and chemical industries.
The plants are co-engineered with our clients to their requirements and specifications, allowing quick turn-around times, reduced costs and rapid on-site installations. Our innovative engineers cut time and expense from product manufacture. The plants are pre-commissioned prior to shipping, saving both time and cost on projects.
ProProcess Fabrication delivers high-quality products backed by exceptional customer support and after-sales service. A dedicated customer service representative is assigned to each of our client’s projects so that they can provide technical and logistical feedback regarding a specific project.
Our strengths include:
|Strong engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities||Supply of custom solutions|
|3-D modelling and imaging||Experienced professionals on hand for advice and support|
|On-site support and training||Continuous improvements through customer feedback|
ProProcess Fabrication employs a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, fabricators and welders, competent to work with materials such as Mild Steel, all grades of Stainless Steel and other high alloy steels (Parent Material Groups 1, 8 and 11 in accordance with ISO/TR 15608).
Our engineers are professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa. All our welding is performed by coded welders to comply with manufacturing standards according to:
|AWS D.1.1-GMAW STRUCTURAL STEEL||AWS D1.6-GTAW STAINLESS STEEL PLATEWORK|
|ASME IX-GMAW S355JR PLATEWORK,||ASME IX-GTAW SA106GRB PIPING|
|ASME IX-GTAW STAINLESS STEEL PIPING|
ProProcess Fabrication is the proud holder of International Institute of Welding (IIW) certification to SANS ISO 3843 Part 2, to produce:
|Pressure Vessels||Pressure Piping|
|Pressurised Equipment||Heat Exchangers|
|Tanks/Containers||General Structural Steel|
Our material tracking reports identify all materials and processes from source to completion. For international projects we adhere to international standards as specified by our clients. A wide range of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques are employed at our works to ensure compliance and a high-quality product. Visual inspections and dye-penetrant (dye-pen) testing are performed in-house as a minimum standard. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and radiography are generally performed by an independent Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) when required for specific applications.
ProProcess has a dedicated spares department with the specific function of supplying spares to existing and new customers. The department has been initiated to provide our clients with technical support and prompt feedback on all spares related enquiries.
As per ProProcess standards, all spares provided to our clients undergo stringent quality control procedures to ensure that the correct equipment is supplied as per request and or previous supply and to ensure that the supplied equipment conforms to ProProcess standards.
ProProcess has developed a strategic spare holding on all ProProcess standard equipment in order to reduce the lead time on our standard equipment supply.
