QUALITY MEANS EVERYTHING
Our quality management system is certified to SANS ISO 3834 PART 2.
Our material tracking reports identify all materials and processes from source to completion. For international projects we adhere to international standards as specified by our clients. A wide range of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques are employed at our works to ensure compliance and a high-quality product. All our material is identified through traceability reports and positive material identification (PMI). Visual inspections and dye-penetrant (dye-pen) testing are performed in-house as a minimum standard. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and radiography are generally performed by an independent Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) when required for specific applications.
ProProcess has a dedicated spares department with the specific function of supplying spares to existing and new customers. The department has been initiated to provide our clients with technical support and prompt feedback on all spares related enquiries.
As per ProProcess standards, all spares provided to our clients undergo stringent quality control procedures to ensure that the correct equipment is supplied as per request and or previous supply and to ensure that the supplied equipment conforms to ProProcess standards.
ProProcess has developed a strategic spare holding on all ProProcess standard equipment in order to reduce the lead time on our standard equipment supply.
